Leadership isn’t about titles—it’s about trust, resilience, and purpose-driven action. My journey into leadership coaching and organizational consulting began in my early years of youth ministry and my military career. Whether mentoring young adults, guiding enlisted Airmen into leadership roles, or advising high-ranking commanders, I’ve always been drawn to helping people grow, lead with confidence, and navigate challenges with clarity.
As a military chaplain and leadership consultant, I’ve had the privilege of working at every level of leadership—from the frontline Airmen facing career transitions to the commanders making high-stakes decisions that impact entire organizations.
